Sean Marcy
Owner/Operator
Sean has been living in the Cowichan Valley since 2005. His first passion is music, but his close second is definitely cleaning and maintenance! After working in the industry since 2013, getting married and having his first child, Sean made the decision to go into business for himself. You'll see his face through crystal clear windows as he works diligently away on your property. Sean not only has experience in the cleaning and maintenance field, but he's well knowledgeable with construction and landscaping and is always eager to connect about these areas on your property as well!
Window Cleaning
We clean windows with the most trusted technique, used for almost 100 years. The mop and squeegee method guarantees clean, streak free windows every time. We do windows, skylights and mirrors and always use the most recent safety protocols when entering your home. We offer both residential and commercial window cleaning, as well as post construction initial cleaning!
Gutter Cleaning
Our method for gutter cleaning may vary from job to job. Most commonly we use a 'pick and sponge' or 'pick and blow' method. This ensures EVERYTHING comes out of the gutters and NOTHING remains to end up at your downspout outlets causing blockages and possible future flooding. We start with a blower to get all loose debris off the roof, and end with a thorough clean up of all grounds.
Gutter Scrubbing
One commonly neglected area of your home's exterior is the outside of the gutter! You're going to be amazed at the difference it makes when we scrub away all the dirt, grime and algae leaving behind your gutter's original colour to punctuate the appearance of your home!
Gutter Repair + Upgrades
Leaking or fallen down gutters can become a serious problem for your home. Especially in the rainy season! Without a properly working gutter system, water has a way of always finding its way into the places that we don't want it! We can repair any leaks and other damage to gutters that you need.
We also offer several upgrades to ensure your gutters are working to the highest efficiency and have the lowest likelihood of blocking up. Alu-Rex gutter guards are the industry's top product to ensure no environmental debris can get into your gutters. While they are an investment to get into, they often end up saving enough money over the coming years to pay for themselves!
Funnels and cleanouts are another option to help you prevent constant blocking of the downspout outlet.
While there is no way to completely be rid of maintenance on your gutters, these upgrades can significantly lower the price of cleanings AND the chance of blockages.
Moss Treatment + Removal
Not only can moss on your roof be unsightly, but over time, it can do some serious damage taking years off the life of your roof, eventually leaving you with a lofty bill to replace the shingles! After a safe, environmentally friendly treatment, the moss will die, preventing it from doing any further damage to the roof. Sometimes, we will need to come back after some time to remove any moss that hasn't come down with the rain and wind.
Power Washing
When the leaf blower just doesn't do the trick anymore, Good Guy's can come to your property and wash away algae, moss, and staining from your driveway, deck, railings and pathways.
